Krissy Mays, LMT, CST

For nearly two decades Krissy Mays, LMT, CST has had a passion for the healing arts. Having gone through her own personal journey of healing and transformation as a young woman, it became clear to her that she was to pursue a professional career in alternative healing.

Krissy graduated top of her class in 2006, with an Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from ATI college in Dallas, Texas, and went back to attain her Massage Therapy Instructor certification in 2010.

Throughout her career she has continually expanded her scope of practice to include over 300 hours of training and is advanced certified in Craniosacral Therapy from the International Upledger Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida.

She pursued additional training in both the United States and South America, obtaining an additional 500 hours continued education including certification in Medical and Oncology Massage Therapy.

Specializing in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a gentle, non-invasive method of treatment that helps release restrictions in the bones, soft – tissue and nervous system, Krissy has helped hundreds recover from physical and emotional dysfunction.

Medical Massage – is outcome based massage primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to specific problem(s) the patient presents.

Oncology Massage– is the modification of existing massage or other manual therapy techniques to safely work with complications of cancer and cancer treatment.
